22.05.2009 OracleCMS support Olivia Newton-John’s Cancer and Wellness Centre Appeal

OracleCMS were proud Platinum Sponsors of the Myer Community Fund’s annual gala event, the Precious Metal Ball.  All proceeds from this year’s event go to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre Appeal, raising money to build a centre that treats not only cancer but supports the wellness of the whole person.
The event raised in excess of $500,000 with OracleCMS donating $35,000 on the evening, affording John Margelis, CEO of OracleCMS the opportunity of serenading Dannii Minogue with the Elvis classic “Love Me Tender”.

08.05.2009 OracleCMS showcases SmartSight at FMA conference

OracleCMS launched it’s new SmartSight Facility Management workflow system today at the Facility Management Association (FMA) conference in Melbourne.

SmartSight is a hosted software solution providing visibility into the entire end-to-end facility management process.  Using three portals for Facility Managers, Call Centre Agents and Vendors, job requests can be managed throughout the process.

29.01.2008 Local IT guru wins coveted award

Murat Altikulac, Chief Information Officer for leading customer service solutions provider Oraclecms has won an international award for innovation in call centre scripting.
Up against hundreds of specialists around the world, Murat succeeded with his creative use of CallScripter software in the execution of a customer service script for Australian physical services provider Citywide.
The Citywide service combined some interesting features that we had not tried before, our customer service representatives really enjoy the ease of use of the service and it has cut down the call handling time by 10% over other similar services.
