It’s standard business practise to put in this section a selection of pictures of distinguished gentlemen sitting in a boardroom.  But for OracleCMS, this would not be a good representation of the most important people in our organisation.  That’s why we are showing you pictures of the people who answer your calls, who manage your stock and who set up and maintain your systems.  The account managers, the customer service team, the IT support crew, each one of whom is integral to our (and your) success.

OracleCMS’ Training Centre for Customer Service Excellence

At OracleCMS we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence; we train, mentor and coach our staff in order to empower them to achieve our aim of exceptional customer service.

The key elements of our training are as follows:

Training commences when our new customer service specialists start at OracleCMS and continues right throughout their career with us.  As staff learn and develop new skills they can answer more complex services.  We work in a pod environment with a senior staff member acting as mentor to the other members of the team.  The process is totally focussed on quality and development.

OracleCMS has a performance monitoring tool which is used to coach the staff on a six week basis with full performance reviews every six months.  The outcome of these reviews is used to tailor a complete development program for each staff member.

The result is motivated, highly skilled staff dedicated to customer service excellence.
